Question Can't enter BIOS in Gigabyte Motherboard

I have a Gigabyte motherboard and my PC runs on Windows 7. When I power it on, the screen remains black for some seconds and then directly gets booted into Windows 7 without showing anything else. I want to enter BIOS which I can't. I even tried pressing F2 as well as DEL keys (which is the BIOS key for Gigabyte motherboards) while the screen is totally black , after doing that the screen remains at that condition throughout and it doesn't even boot into Windows 7.

exact model of the motherboard? using gpu?

what connection(dvi/dp/vga/hdmi) are you using?
