I need to enter my bios to access my boot priorities as i have a ssd now. But when i launch my pc it gives me the option to enter bios but every time i press the key nothing happens. I spammed the keys but sill nothing works. I cant even access my boot menu. Its as if my keyboard didnt work but all keys work fine on windows. Someone please help

are you hitting "del"?
Also try plugging the keyboard into the top left usb port on the back of the mobo.

No it shouldn't. Did you try plugging the keyboard into the top left usb port on the mobo? top right?

Similar inline with what Jack was suggesting, my reasoning it could be fastboot if you enabled it in bios at one time, as they mention in link above may partially disable some of your usb ports on boot. I guess for faster boot times not waiting for USB to power up to may be save time?. USB3 could be one of those affected. Try a USB2 port, they still might be active on boot or PS2 adapter if you have one.

Clearing cmos will revert

Only suggesting PS2 as an option, if somehow fast boot was turned on and not remembering, if usb ports aren't turning on because of it due to a feature of fast boot (if you can call it that) PS2 would most likely still be operational.
