Cant Enter Bios

Hey there. So I have an issue. When I try to load bios when restarting its just a black screen. In fact it wont even load into the PC if I start pressing F2. Just stay a black screen. Then if I goto recovery in windows. the option to enter UEFI Firmware settings, the option disappeared. Help?If it means anything I disabled fastboot recently

To get from Windows to UERI directly, run this line "C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /r /fw" or you can make a desktop link with it as Target.
