[SOLVED] Can't factory reset my pc

When i try to factory reset my pc it all goes when until it comes to about 55%. When it comes to that point it just throw me out to the recovery screen and when i go back to my desktop i just get message: There was problem resetting your PC No changes were made. Please help I don't know how to fix this

Do a clean install, works better than a reset

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
