can't figure out if its my HDD issue or something else !!

guys i've bought a used Alienware R3 17 3 months ago and been playing games since then. what i am experiencing is that my mouse cursor lags at desktop right after it bootup and giving sluggish experience at multi tasking. even games start lags after sometime when i keep playing for 3-4 hours constantly. Please let me know if its my HDD or something else. cuz i've already installed fresh windows 2-3 times. No change in performance. even folders and apps open late at first time.
HDD :HGST HTS721010A9E630 1TB , 32 Mb cache

check for malwate. check task manager and make sure nothing is chewing up resources.

bro i did chkdsk test and my laptop stucked at 12% 🙁 i did wait for 10 mints
help me out !! i spent many bucks and stuck here

I really suggest, if you cant wait, to leave it there working. It may take a while, it's normal.
Don't fret so much about it, you'll just get anxious and think everything will blow up in the end, lol.

Lol i know it won't blow up, i am just wondering if its HDD or something else so i shall replace soon.
laptop have juice for all applications so i am guessing its HDD. does AW laptops run slow ?
