Can't find a way to make IE 10 my default browser.

I looked on website, saying that you have to go to the Program Tab, but that doens't work for me. There is no program tab in IE 10 for W7. Only General, Security, Privacy, content, connections, advanced. Please assist. Thanks

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, or click the Start Menu icon
2. Type "Default Programs" without the quotes in the Search box, then select Default Programs off of the list
3. Choose Set Your Default Programs
4. Click on Internet Explorer in the left pane
5. Click Set This Program as Default at the bottom

If this doesn't work, let me know and we can try something else.
