Cant find any compatible graphics driver for my laptop

I had a blue screen called unmountable boot volume so my friend fixed it by reinstalling windows. However, i think he installed the wrong version cause my pc looks like windows 7 and windows xp. Please help I had to fix my audio but i cant play minecrcaft cause my laptop doesnt detect any graphic drivers. I tried downloaing some on the internet but they werent ccompatible. Please help I NEED TO PLAY MINECRAFT
