Question Can't find Chipset driver

I think I may not have a chipset installed... I've followed this web page's direction...

https://www.thewindowsclub.com/how-to-check-amd-chipset-driver-version-on-windows

...and can't seem to find anything relating to Chipset in all the first 3 methods. Does this mean it's not installed?... and it's safe to go ahead and install it?
It would probably be better if you went to the website for the specific motherboard that you have and see what's listed there. Or you could go directly to AMD's website and download their program:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

You must have chipset drivers installed or nothing would work. It's not one driver but 6-8 for different chipset part in one bundle. In worst case you must have at least basic MS/Windows drivers installed during Windows installation and now it's just matter of updating them.
Just get newest ones from AMD site or use automatic driver finder and installation from same place

or more precisely
https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/chipsets/am4/x570.html
It's self unpacking .exe file and it will first open in C:\AMD folder upon which it will run, check versions you already have and offer which drivers are available and you want to install. Just let it install all. That's safest place and way. After installation and (of course) reboot it should show up in Control Panel > Programs and features.
