Can't Find Drivers

I have a Dell Latitude E4600, in device manager these 2 drivers aren't found

Broadcom USH
USB\VID_0A5C&PID_5800&REV_0101&MI_00

Standard Dual Chanel PCI IDE Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A46&SUBSYS_02331028&REV_07

Have you tried using driver booster? it may have the standard IDE driver (since its standard)

On the broadcom one all I did was extract that one installer and ran it in compatibility mode
