Can't find *enable ATI adapter* button in CCC

I just got an update that requires me to enable my ATI adapter or to update my drivers. My PC doesnt work with the drivers available so where can I find the ATI adapter button Specifically in CCC?

try using advanced mode, look in the menu options nearer the top.

It says I have to enable the ATI adapter in the displays manager, which I am using in advanced mode. I'm not seeing a button or anything. Is my CCC out of date?
