[SOLVED] Can't find my gpu in device manager

Hello,

my amd gpu is not showing in the device manager.

one day i played fifa then the windows crashed and it got restarted by himself,

next day i found that i cant see the gpu in the device manager and the intel hd 5500 in the only one who is working

i have tried many things like:

1:downloading new windows

2:updating bios

3:tried to download amd gpu driver and it says something like "we cant find the gpu" "our software is not able to detect your gpu"

please help i didnt find anything helpful for like 4 months till now i'm tired

The card could have simply failed. You can try to run the Lenovo system update utility which should do a BIOS update. If it does not come up after that, check in Device Manager to see if it's listed there with an error or in hidden devices.

I tried everything you said and nothing happened i even installed a fresh new windows and same
After the windows launched i opened device manager and i found 2 devices with unknown something like that

And after installing lenovo system update and using it it disappears and now same i cant find the gpu in device manager

Seems like the video card is dead. Those unknown devices could be a bunch of things in the system, often a fingerprint reader or something specific to the system Windows does not know how to handle.
