Can't find Serial Number

Hey, i just bought the msi z87m gaming motherboard and it has a rebate of 20$ to which i would like to apply. It has been straight-forward until it asked me the invoice/order # and the serial #. I easily found the invoice number on top of the order details, but i can't find the serial number. I tried to put the item number thinking that it was it, but it says "MSI product serial number is already attached to a Claim!" and i don't want to put the wrong one. Please Help!!! 🙁

it be in two places...one it be on the mb as a lable (black and white one). they also put the serial number on the outside of the mb box next to the ups and model number.

Serial number is on the box and on the motherboard itself, some are etched in, most are a sticker.

What if i receive my item after rebate expiration date? How could i complete it before i receive it?

The rebate window is for the time of purchase, not when you received the product in the mail. If the rebate is from January 8-20 and you bought it the 19th but received it the 23rd then you are still fine because you bought it on the 19th which is between the window of the 8th to the 20th.

then i should be fine because my rebate will finish on the 31st and i bought it the 25th. Even thought i spent just 1$ for 4-7 days of shipping.
