Can't find the eup or erp settings in EUFI

I can't find that settings. I want them because I have headphones and a mouse that is usb powered with led's and they never go off when I shutdown my computer. I have a Asrock z97 Extreme4 motherboard please help.

Have you tried the Deep Sleep option under Advanced -> Chipset configuration.

The boards bios seems to have no options for ERP/EUP

A much more nerd way to fix this yet keep usb power for other things would be to rewire a USB header so it got power directly from the 5 volt rail and not standby rail, but this is not for new users.
