Question Stuck in bsod cycle

I've had issues with this pre-built since COVID(I know, I know, but that's an entire separate issue). I've replaced the psu, ram, nvme's(because they both died, somehow), and the moba itself with the same model. It ran fine until just the other day. Was running into resets when booting games after a spike in cpu activity. I've had Win 10 corrupted several times on this system so I'd opted to reset the system. Unfortunately, it bsod during the process and now I'm stuck with repeatedly booting into automatic repair. I'm absolutely stumped.
Specs:
Moba - MSi MPG Z690 Edge
Cpu - i9 - 12900KS
Gpu - EVGA FTW RTX 3090
Ram - G.Skill Tridant Z rgb (4x32gb)
Psu - ASUS ROG Thor Platinum 1200w

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You're advised to reinstall the OS after recreating your bootable USB installer to rule out a corrupt installer. Removing all drives except for the one you wish to install the OS onto. Installing the OS in offline mode. Installing all relevant drivers(with the latest versions) in elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, while in offline mode.

How are you cooling the processor? Make and model of your case?

Moba - MSi MPG Z690 Edge
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

I appreciate the response. I'd done this a few times before so I'd gotten lazy and skipped that step. Hope it didn't bite me.

Cpu cooler is the Ek-Quantum Velocity². Gpu is also cooled by it.

Moba bios is ver: E7D31IMS.1L0 for 4/11/25. Wasn't sure if I should update to the beta or not.

Case is the Cooler Master C700M.
