Can't find update for BIOS. Help! (Award Modular)

I tried finding a update for my bios but everyone just say's "Get BiosAgent!" which i don't want to send money for. Does anyone have the same bios as I do?
Bio's version is: Award Software International, Inc F4
I need the update for my Motherboard to detect my CPU model for overclocking.

If it's not a factory-built PC, you get BIOS updates from the motherboard manufacturer's website.

If it is a factory-built PC (or a laptop) you get them from the PC/laptop manufacturer's website.
