Cant fit parts together (MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X, Cooler Master Mastercase pro 6,MSI Z270- A pro)

Hello I have a MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X

A Cooler Master Mastercase pro 6

and a MSI Z270- A pro motherboard I cant fit the parts together.

What do I do.

Im having trouble fitting MSI GTX 1080 into the motherboard because USB 3.0 cable is in the way.

My GTX 1070 w/ backplate is snug next to mine also. Are you using both USB 3.0 jacks? It looks like you have another one facing to the side labeled JUSB4.
