can't fix error 0xc000007b

i've tried all king of thinks like directx10,11 visual cc++ 2005 ,2008,2010 32 & 64 bit .framework 3.5 4.0 4.5 4.5.1,4.6
all kind of thinks but still when i click in GTA V i got that error 0xc000007b. PC REQS are i7 4940k 4.0GHz 10GB RAM
intel hd 4600 Graphic in DESKTOP(PC) i trid and with NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB but i've got still this error code.In fifa 15
COD Ghosts and lol who i have installed in my pc it does not appear this Error code. Please can anyone help me!!
