Question Cant format drive or remove partitions.

Hello!
I'm having issues formatting a drive and removing partitions, nothing seems to work.
Tried DiskPart, Partition Wizard and DiskGenius.
In Partition Wizard and DiskGenius the changes won't apply, it just reverts back. And using DiskPart, it says the partition was removed, but listing the partitions or checking for partitions in Disk Manager/DG/PW it's still there.
Feels like I've tried everything but I'll thankfully try anything you throw at me!

Forgot to mention that the reason for reformatting is that windows has failed to boot since it could not find the disk.
Also, reformatting the disk or removing the partitions in windows installer did not work either.
