Can't format drive with Win 2k

I need to format my drive, but Win2k won't let me! I tried a boot disk, but the only ones I have access to are made by XP and won't work. Win2k doesn't alow me to make a boot disk, atleast not that I know of. Anyway, I just need to get rid of Win2k from my computer. Any ideas?

Ok, I tried that, but it won't let me access the hard drive.

what does it say when you type "fdisk" ?

I do hope you weren't formatting the very same computer that you were reading these messages! Because if i try to do that then
