I cannot get 4k at 60 Hz with my current setup. I can only get 30 Hz. Any idea what I can do or try to get 60 Hz@4k? I have already updated my drivers for my video card. I cannot find the answer anywhere on the net. I have:
GTX 1070
HDMI 2.0 cable
Philips 55" 4k TV - 55PFL5601/F7

Thanks!

Solution
I figured it out finally. It was a setting with the TV. I was looking under the picture settings originally, but it wasn't there. Here is the solution: Under TV settings go to Installation-Preferences-HDMI mode. Select the HDMI slot, then set to Normal.

Thanks everyone who responded!

Aaron.
