Cant get any display.

Yesterday I was able to use my pc without any issues at all gamed all day and prior to this day, 3 days ago I built this all brand new with the gpu one only being used but still in pristine condition as I’ve benchmarked it with it being top 25% percentile. I had display issues and thought it was due to PCie cables being bent die to glass panel or my surge protector and after I fixed and did it the last 2 days was smooth gaming with some hiccups in display when I start up the PC after a long rest. Now this morning when I power up the display I cant get any at all I usually get to windows boot shows up my lockscreen then it disappers. It got worse so what I did was remove ram reseated GPU and all that stuff like CMOS. I also tried to do DDU when I was able to reboot and get a few minutes in of display. Now after my last DDU after I clicked clean and restart display was lost after a few minutes GPU fans went max full speed and the normal reaction was to cut power. Now I cant seem to get any display at all and even if I get some to show monitor manufacturer when I get to BIOS i still lose display.

I also had one time where VGA led flashed white so thats a worry but when I keep rebooting I get a short span of time to get display until windows log in before it gets cut.

Is it corrupted drivers cause I also tried opening nvidia app when I got display and I got errors then display loss.

Is it a PSU problem? because I was able to play 2 days without issues too and I dont get any strong shocks from the case or any near metal nor burnt smell in the case.

It cant be my display cables since I’ve used an HDMI 2.0 while on 180Hz playing Valorsnt with no issue

Heres my specs, everything is brand new and only the gpu is used but pristine.

Ryzen 7 5700X3D
Msi B550m Pro Vdh Wifi
Msi Rtx 3070 Trio x Gaming
Corsair CX750
Tforce 32Gb 3600
Kingston Nv

What should I do, I cant clean install windows because i even lose signal on safe mode and I cant get any display to do anything to fix drivers or get into bios to even check my gpu status. I dont have any extra monitors to test on or any other unit to test my GPU on. I’m still in contact with the seller but thats the only good thing for now.

What I dont get is why I lose display even on BIOS since there should be not much GPU usage here nor drivers could affect BIOS startup.

How old is your PSU? Is this the unit with a green or grey label? If it's brand new, you should've looked into a higher quality PSU.

If you suspect the PSU to be the root of your issue, source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU from a friend or neighbor and then power up the system.
