Can't get fps, CPU, and GPU stats off screen

Hey everyone, I can't seem to remove the fps, GPU, and CPU stats out of the top left corner of my screen while in a steam game. The problem arose right after I installed my new Rx 480. Does anyone know how to remove this? Thanks!

MSI rx480 gaming 8gb
Samsung 850 Evo 500gb
WD Blue 1tb
EVGA g2 650w

Use Task manager to identify which application/process is that and simply end it.

I quit all active tasks and still have the issue
