cant get into my bios

hi, i have a problem with the bios of my Asus prime x370 - pro, when i press F2 to get in it, the screen goes black and i cant do anything, i tried using another VGA/DVI adaptor and another monitor, but it still dont work, the only thing thats left is trying a HDMI, but i dont have one in my house right now, what can i do? i even asked to the Asus suport for help, and the told me to update it, but i cant because i cant get in it. Plz help

If you reboot from inside Windows, holding shift until prompted with the 'troubleshooting' screens - there's an option to "reboot to UEFI".

I just tried pressing restart from the left down corner, holded shift and the pc rebooted without showing any 'troubleshooting' screens. can you plz explain how to do that?

Windows 10, I assume?

Hold shift, keep holding it and select restart. Do not let go of the shift key until the further options appear (blue background, various options).

i will probably wait until i get an HDMI and disconnect my graphics card, plug the hdmi into the motherboard and see if it works. if it dont, i dont know what i will do
