Can't Get Logon Screen

XP has setup one of the current users (on a new machine)
as the default user logon. I can't seem to find where to
change this.
I am at wits end, please someone help!

Start > Run
type control userpasswords2
select Users must enter password to logon

The reader should exercise normal caution and backup the Registry and
data files regularly, and especially before making any changes to their
PC, as well as performing regular virus and spyware scans. I am not

That command doesn't exsist when I run it.

Make sure you typed it correctly:

control userpasswords2

This command works in all versions of XP.
