Can't get past Bios/Boot screen on Fujitsu siemens e8110 laptop! Please help!

Hello,
I am having problems with my laptop,

Can't get past Bios/Boot screen on Fujitsu siemens e8110 laptop!
when i press the power button to turn on the pc the logo of fujistsu stay frozen.

Please help!

It's most likely a dead hard drive. Do you have an optical drive and the winXP cd?
