Can't get signal to monitor from pc replaced battery in mother board still no working

Power saver mode will not go off mouse won't work keyboard won't work don't know to do ..

Does the computer turn on at all? Any beeping? Try resetting the RAM and motherboard connections, look over the motherboard for any puffy or cracked open capacitors. Maybe a bad power supply or motherboard.
