I can no longer access my BiOS to fix my PC after attempting to overclock my Asus Sabertooth z97 Mark I. 🙁
So since I can't access the BiOS to revert my OC settings, my PC now has two issues:
The first is that whenever the PC restarts and tries to power back on it fails and restarts itself. It keeps attempting to power up and failing in a loop cycle until I pull the power cable. Then for some reason when I plug the cable back in it boots up successfully.
However, once it does boot, it takes me to this American Megatrends failed overclocking screen and when I hit F1 to Run SETUP it just takes me directly into Windows 10.
- Hitting F2 or DELETE on boot doesn't take me to the BiOS.
- Running the Asus boot-to-BIOS program doesn't take me to the BiOS.
- Plugging in a USB with any version of the BiOS and holding the E-Z Flash button down on the MOBO doesn't reset the BiOS.
- Moving the jumpers on the MOBO doesn't change anything.
- Taking out the little nickel battery and moving the jumpers also didn't change anything.
Seems like I've tried everything to access the BiOS, but nothing works. Any suggestions on how I can get back in and revert my changes that have caused these issues?
