[SOLVED] Can't get to windows after OC

Hi, my cousin overclocked his GPU (GTX 1650-Super) and now it can't get to Windows, but BIOS works just fine.
I cleared CMOS and checked cables, but nothing was lose.
He told me that he overclocked it just slightly, but can't guarantee how much he actually tried to overclock it.

I'm pretty sure that the GPU ain't fried since everything looked fine.
What should I check next?

pull out the gpu and plug the video cable into the motherboard.See if it posts,if it does,the gpu is faulty

How exactly did your cousin overclocked his GPU (GTX 1650-Super) ? what software?

Thanks for the answers, 2nd try with DDU and new drivers helped.
