Can't get two different brands of ram with identical settings to run at advertised speeds together.

Here's my setup: MSi z77 Mpower MB i5 3570k 8GB(2x4) of Corsair Vengeance Blue (http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-PC3-12800-1600mHz-CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B/dp/B004QBUL1C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1430740194&sr=8-1&keywords=corsair+vengeance+8gb) and 8 GB (2x4) of G.SKILL Ripjaws Series (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314)
Both have advertised 1600 MHz clock speeds but I cant get both to run at 1600 at the same time. The gkill which i just added to the previously alone corsair memory runs at 1600 and the Corsair underclocks to 1333. I have bios settings in auto for timings as they have identical timings of 9-9-9-24 and even have tried using overclock settings in bios to get them to run at 1866 MHz. But nothing is working. Any ideas? I can provide any more details needed upon request and thank you guys for your help in advance!

About to try this. In MSi bios, there isnt a way to adjust individual ram sticks so if i modify the ram setting hopefully it will modify all of the ram. How big of a performance hit will i get if i run at 1333 as opposed to 1600 or 1866?

I just discovered the only difference between the 2 sets of ram is that the tRC in the XMP profile for the GSkill is 33 and the tRC for the Corsair is 41. Is this what is causing the 1600 to not stick in bios? is there anyway i can override that value for them to match?

Well there isn't an option for tRC in BIOS. i tried setting to G.Skills recommendations but after applying changes and rebooting, they wont stick to 1600 they just stay at 1333

Any ideas? The MSi BIOS settings might be in the way of this working, but I dont know how to fix it. I am running on latest bios as well.
