Question Can't get Windows to display after booting!

I removed my cpu and cleaned it off to install a new fan. When I booted the PC back up, I got a notification that the cmos was reset and I had to load the bios with default settings. Now after booting, I get no display on windows. I can still enter the bios properly, and I have already flashed a bios update just to be sure.

System:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Asus GTX 1660 Super Tuf
MOBO: MSI B550 Pro-Vdh wifi
PSU: Corsair RM 650W
Fan: Arctic Freezer 34 esports duo

Update: Reinstalling windows from a flashdrive fixed it

I updated with specs, and yes the gpu is inserted and powered. I'm currently putting windows install on a flashdrive to see if reinstalling it that way helps.
