Cant get windows to install from uefi usb with m.2 slot

used rufus and saved to a flash drive,

i keep getting this error and cannot move on to the install process....

i tried doing this method below but not sure if i did this right

then i removed the usb stick typed EXIT and this is what happens next

it goes to the bios menu after this screen disappears, it will keep doing this until i insert my windows usb flash drive. after that it just goes to the same install menu.

What happens if you click on next in the 1st pic? What did you select in rufus? MBR or GPT?? And does the BIOS have a UEFI BIOS?

Disable netboot boot in the BIOS. I think thats what the last pic is

Delete all existing partitions. Do not make any partitions or do any formatting. Try installing again.

-when i click on next it doesnt do anything, just shows that message below...
-if im not mistaken i left it at default which was (MBR partition scheme for bios or UEFI-CSM)
- yes its UEFI bios Z97 maximus ranger Vii

clicked ignore and it got rid of that screen but it goes right to bios now

well looks like my mobo had its original bios version from 2012...... updated the bios and we rolling. thanks for trying everyone.
