Route those SATA cables out of the way, and as long as nothing's hitting the card, it should fit in just fine in the first PCI-e slot as long as it's an x16. We could also use images of the slots themselves and anything in front of them.
I don't think those are the kind that bend and snap out.
Two issues with this one. You have slots that 'stick out' the back of the case rather then being indented. The piece of metal with the green sticker is removable and covers where PCI expansion brackets screws are placed to hold in cards.
In this style that bracket holds all the slots down. Basically puts a little tab where each screw would normally go.
