Can't install a CS DvD, my Computer doesn't read it :P HELP PLEASE :(

Hello,
i borrowed a DVD ( cs ) counter strike 1.6 +SOURCE when i tryed to install it, it wouldn't even open, the computer doesn't read it i guess, everytime i put the disk and try to install it, the computer becomes so slow 😛 please help

borrowing a game? Does that mean your friend won't play it while you have it, and you'll uninstall it when you give it back?
