Can't install AMD Catalyst Control Center?

My gpu is ATI Radeon 4300/4500 series. I wanted to update the drivers so I uninstalled the previous ones and got the new catalyst software suite from AMD. When I installed it I noticed the catalyst control center was gone. When I went to check the installer, it showed that it only installed the AMD HD audio drivers but no display driver. When I go to uninstall it only shows the audio driver? It doesn't show all the drivers and things like sdk runtime kit, like it used to. I reinstalled and uninstalled. Still doesn't show the Control center? What should I do.

Uninstall, wipe the drivers and reinstall the old ones. There are no new drivers for 4000 series cards they are too old. The last one that works is 12.6
