So I got a new motherboard and processor, and when I put it in, it didn't boot from Windows 10, so after looking it up, we found out we needed to reinstall the os, which was fine, we popped the disc in, it loaded up and then rebooted back to the bios. So we kept trying and it kept doing the reboot, so we looked up on that and it said we might of installed everything correctly, so we double checked all of the components and they was all installed, bios was picking up everything and it was all good except we had no os, so we came to the conclusion the disc was faulty or maybe the drivers for the cd/dvdrom had vanished or something. So we switched motherboards and it loaded up fine, and then we wiped the hdd to do a full clean install. However on the new motherboard it would reboot just after loading the os disc. So we tried a usb, and the same thing happened again. So we thought, I wonder if it's just windows 10? (The bios had been updated btw, 1401 newest we could find) so we popped a windows xp copy in, and it loaded and installed fine. So we tried loading the windows 10 disc again, with a very old windows on the hdd already and it rebooted again and corrupted the os, so we went down the windows 7, and the same thing happened, it rebooted just after loading, we've had a person who was worked with computers for 30 years look and we still have no idea, I dunno if anyone has experienced the same issue or maybe even know of it.
The loading os screen is as far as we get, with the loading spiral.
