Cant Install any program

Hello,

I installed new windows 7 in my PC.

First I try to install AVG antivirus. I download AVG and run it.

I downloaded AVG successfully but when I run it. it says "Extraction Failed File is corupt"

Then I download AVIRA and RUn it and it says "Some of the installation files are invalid . . . . ."

Then I download Microsoft essential security. I download it successfully and install it successfully. but I can't scan because It keeps updating again and again.

I tried to install google chrome, skype, VLC, but can't install any anything.

I am using Internet Explorer for downloading these stuffs.

Need your help.

Check your disk for errors and see if anything pops up.
To check for errors do this:
Go to "My computer"
Select the drive and right click on it and select properties.
Then go to the "Tools" tab
And select the disk, try that.

I did it but still have a problem. Another thing is that when I checked my C drive so it's change the UI of my windows. It automatically turns in windows classic.

maybe reinstall (?) windows. Format (of you don't have anything important on the drive ie pictures etc), etc. That's weird. Open Start, (type) Event Viewer, search the Windows Logs for any red error icons. Anything?
