[SOLVED] Can't install audio driver ?

Hello mates

I have B550 Aorus Pro AX motherboard.

When I try to install the audio driver it told me it will uninstall the old one first, then restart to install the new version .

But its keep do the uninstall progress one more and never install the new version of driver (am sure i downloaded the right version of my motherboard )
only uninstall then restart then uninstall again then restart ....... etc
what is the problem if u can help me please

Correct.
They usually do more harm than good.

Did you use the most up to date Windows install(er) from MS?

I had a similar problem with a Z590 board because I used a slightly older USB installer version.

yes am sure i downloaded the last version
i tried :
1- normal install it keep me in loop uninstall then restart then uninstall then restart .. etc
2- uninstall manually and reinstall
3- download realtek hd from realtek site and reinstall ( i tried it manual and auto uninstall , reinstall )
still got nothing
Note : windows last updates
Bios updated

i did both of them(manufacturer , realtek) .. manual and auto

Try this:

Manually uninstall existing driver from within Device Manager (right-click the device, then left-click "Uninstall device").

Do not restart Windows.

Install latest driver from motherboard manufacturer's website.
