Hello, i tried to install linux with this guide : http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/linux/3351312/how-install-ubuntu-using-usb-flash-drive/

I downloaded the usb installer, did all i needed, installation finished, restarted PC, went to bios --> select boot device ---> 7763 MB USB... ---> starting windows..

what do i need to do?

Depending on your BIOS, there may be a separate tab in your boot menu called "Hard Disk Priority" or something similar. If your USB device appears on that list, make sure to bump it up otherwise it will boot to your HDD first.

got it working now with some setting changes etc.

running ubuntu 12.10 now, and i was just thinking, how can i install amd drivers?

when i download it, some text file appears and i have no idea what to do. and when i open it, it just freezes

running ATI HD5850
