Question Can't install .NET Framework 4.8 on Win 7 x86...

That goes through NordVPN installer, but I get: .NET Framework 4.8 failed code -2146762495
Any suggestions? I'm trying to do a SP3 installation to revive the updates....

My memory of anything from Microsoft was Windows Xp being the only OS that had an SP3 update, while Windows 7 had an SP2 SP1.
