[SOLVED] Can't install Realtek Drivers

I know there are plenty of threads similar to this, but despite reading through those, I haven't found a solution to my problem.
Specs:
Windows 10 Home 64bit
GPU Nvidia GTX 1070
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core
MOBO Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING
16gb ram

So I can't install Realtek audio drivers, so I can't use speakers on my pc. I used to have the drivers on this PC some years ago. I bought a Logitech wireless headset and use it mainly, and it works fine since it has it's own drivers. At some point (I can't say exactly when, since I mainly use my headset) my Realtek drivers just disappeared. And now I can't install them. I tired installing them through Realtek's sites, and Asus's sites, but nothing happened. I went through the setup program, restarted my pc, but nothing happened. I've tried installing the drivers through device manager, but I always get bluescreen when I try that.

Anybody have any idea what I could try? Or is there any other alternative to Realtek? Thanks in advance!

there are 2 types of drivers now for Realtek Audio

The old type that include drivers + the HD Audio manager

The new type where you download drivers from motherboard website and then download the manager from Microsoft store

I wish they only used the old type, used to be easy to update their drivers before, now its a pain.

Is there any workaround on the Manager on MS store? I get an error (code: 0x803FB005) every time I try to download it.

Go back to device manager and on the open driver properties, choose Uninstall and check the box Delete the driver software for this device. Restart if required, then manually install your driver.

No there is no work around and it looks like it’s not supported either. I get the same thing it probably doesn’t work with updated windows

I would suggest making a new question about the topic as more people are likely to help you figure it out.

I generally leave realtek drivers alone once they work.

Mentioning what motherboard you have will help solve it.
