Can't install Windows 7

I am running:

i7 2700k
Asus P8P67-LE
560 Ti 448
Antec EA-650 Green

I just put in an OCZ Agility 3 240 GB.

I put in the Win 7 install disc and it says "windows loading files" it then stops loading and gives me an 0xc00000e9 error. This says it cant communicate with the storage device. I have unplugged both the DVD drive, the SSD, plugged back in, made sure the EFI is programmed right and nothing helps. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is this a retail disc or a self burned iso.

A burned disc off Microsoft's ISO.

Burn it at 4x and try it again.
