cant install windows on hdd (proliant Ml350 gen5)

i just got a HP proliant ml350 (gen 5)
and i want to install windows to it.
I cant because it says (we coukd not create a new parition on the drive or locate a existing one)
soo i really dont know what to do
any help?

Based on the HP quickspecs, that machine has a E200i RAID controller. You would need to get a windows driver for that controller and either slipstream it into the windows install media or load the driver by pressing the function key during the install.
