Windows can't be installed to this disk .the select disk is of the GPT partition.
Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk . Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computers BOIS menu

Welcome, go1234you!

What exactly is the capacity of the HDD?
If the drive is formatted in GPT (GUID partition table), you'd need your motherboard to support UEFI BIOS in order to be able to boot from a GPT-partitioned drive. If your motherboard supports only Legacy BIOS, you'd have to re-format the drive in MBR (Master Boot Record) to be able to install Windows.
Here's a guide from Tom's Hardware about installing Windows on larger than 2.2 TB HDDs: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-1923415/install-windows-3tb-4tb-larger-hdd.html
Here's a tutorial about how to re-initialize your drive into MBR (if needed): http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=xtwS6x

Hope it helps. Keep me posted if you have more questions! :)

It come with. Pcle disk 512 m2 SATA 2.now I change for Pcle disk 512 m2 SATA 3

That makes no sense.
1) both seem to be the same size
2) "m3" doesn't exist

Most likely you're just very confused and accidentally put an M.2 PCIe drive in an M.2 slot meant for SATA.

There are two ways to boot an OS. MBR(old), and UEFI(new). Unless your computer is old, it should be able to boot UEFI just fine, you should check you motherboard firmware to make sure it boot's only UEFI. When Windows boots and detects a UEFI software environment it will want to install to a GPT partition. But if it detects a MBR environment it will complain because it thinks your motherboard won't be able to reboot during the install. You really want to use a GPT partition.
