[SOLVED] cant launch VPN

Whenever i launch my VPN (tried norton vpn and shark vpn and others) my windows 10 crash with a blue screen error (https://app.photobucket.com/u/dakshyadav9/p/4b261f06-8505-4a8b-acb4-6d04b73095d4).
This happened suddenly; was working perfectly before.
i have formatted my laptop. errased hardisk and reinstalled fresh windows 10 and fresh vpn. still crash present.
any solutions

tcpip.sys = transmission control protocol/Internet Protocol. Its used by windows to talk to internet.

Try updating LAN or WIFI drivers, which ever you use. Its most likely the drivers causing error.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

1. copy that file to documents
2. upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site,
3. and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem
