ryzen 7 1700
8gb ram DDR4
asrock b350 pro4
Yesterday my GPU fans started spinning from the boot even when they never do and it hasn't stopped since. I need to lower the speeds because its very loud, normally the fans turn on only when gaming. I tried to lower them with MSI afterburner (I tried making gpu fan curve), SpeedFan and AMD Radeon Setting but none of those worked. But wierdly I can actually increase the speed, seems like it can't go below certain speed. Also, all of those programs say that my GPU fans are not spinning (they show 0 RPM) even though I can hear and see them. I went through some similiar threads on this site but did I not find a solution.
