Question Can't modify my bias

My first problem when I start my computer it comes on then goes off a few seconds it comes back on and loads works just fine my second problem is when I try to modify my bias after a few start up it comes back saying my bias is corrupt

Remove the bios bat and set it aside.
Go buy a new bat and install it.
Any diff?

No change on my system start up it would always startup like it should but then it started up go off then come back on then load I had installed a wireless card before I had problems so I removed the card that's when my bias started acting up so I installed the card back now no change bias would come back corrupt after a few startups
