Can't monitor CPU temps.

Hello I'm planning to buy a after market CPU cooler soni can overclock my CPU

But I am unable to monitor my CPU temperatures and I am worried

You mean the sensor is broken and no software can read the CPU or core temperatures?

I would install a good cooler and not worry about it; after all this sin't a new system.

What is your target frequency? If the CPU is stable at 1.25V, then reaching 4.0 GHz with a cooler like the Cryorig H7 shouldn't be too challenging; if it doesn't throttle at full load, then it's a good start.

I am not planning to make a huge of a oc maybe 3.8 GHz I'm not sure

All you should need is a good cooler and keep the voltage below 1.4 V (the lower the better).
