Cant move files from internal storage to SD card

I owe Xperia z2 and I think ever since the lollipop upgrade , I can't move files from my internal memory to sd card or download them directly to my SD card. Please help my resolve this issue .
Please note that I'm only talking about moving media files from internal memory to sd card, I m not at all talking about moving apps.
Is it sth about the lollipop upgrade ?

You should be able to do it with ES File explorer on your phone
or by connecting your phone to a pc and using that.


If you use ES it may need to have you tell it where your SD card is which , depending on the version of android you actually have, may be something like /storage/ext_SD_card or /storage/External_SD
