Cant not do a re-install of windows 10 | Windows always stops and rollsback during process "No changes have been made"

Everytime i try the system will boot me out when its making progress and tell me something has happened and no changes has been made.

I think it is problem with your drives. Try to use new drive.

re-installing as in Reset this PC?
iirc, I do a clean installation when I had this problem last year (do it from safe mode with CMD iirc)

It have lots of reasons. Some times any reason. Like bad cleaning. Software related problem even power problems.

I think it is problem with your drives. Try to use new drive.

Guess i will have to buy a new one and give it a shot ty
