Cant open AMD Catalyst

When I press the Amd Catalyst nothing happens it doesn't show anything.....why is this happening and how can I fix this

I've encountered this problem aswell. The solution is simply to keep trying (Right-click and open if you can) - if not find it in the folder (using the search option) - if nothing works close it in windows task manager and open it again
